DE WINTON FIELD PRACTICE
De Winton Field Practice is a training practice with a current list size of 9,300 patients and we are looking for an enthusiastic salaried GP(s) to join the Practice on a permanent basis. We provide high quality primary care services in a newly refurbished purpose built health centre.
The Practice is looking for a salaried GP to work between 4-8 sessions per week. There is a potential for job share and future partnership for the right candidate. We offer a competitive salary with 6 weeks annual leave, one weeks study leave, plus bank holidays (pro rata).
There are currently 3 GP partners and 3 salaried GPs and the practice is committed to high quality care and the continued development of the team. De Winton Field uses the Vision clinical system and is an active member of the Rhondda Cluster. Other team members include a pharmacist, cluster pharmacist, pharmacy technicians, ANP, 2 practice nurses and 2 HCAs as well as an experienced reception team. There are two weekly physiotherapist clinics as well as a well-being coordinator and MIND practitioners who are part of the wider MDT.
